A Touch of Moore is a team environment, and our customer satisfaction is our utmost importance. We want to ensure when you walked out our door happy – it will stay that way. If for any reason you are unhappy with the services that were provided, or just simply needed a quick fix, we would like to have an opportunity to have you come back in to have the services redone complimentary.
- Clients are welcome to come in with their original staff member or we can recommend another member for the redo.
- When returning for a redo service, please contact the salon within 1 week of original appointment date to honor the complimentary service.
- Please note that the redo guarantee does not apply if the client decides to completely change the original look given from their last visit 1 week ago.
